Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
As a booth-renting hairstylist, I value your time and strive to provide excellent service for every appointment. In order to maintain a smooth schedule and accommodate all of my clients, please take note of the following cancellation policy:
1. Appointment Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.
You may cancel your appointment by calling or texting [870 731 - 4829] or emailing [b.alisondewitt@gmail.com].
2. Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours notice):
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service fee.
3. No-Show:
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any prior notice or reason will be charged 100% of the service fee.
4. Late Arrivals:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment or shorten the service time to avoid delays for other clients. Late arrivals are still subject to the full service charge.
5. Repeat Cancellations or No-Shows:
Clients who repeatedly cancel last-minute or fail to show up may be asked to prepay for future appointments or may be removed from my booking list.
